How the service is delivered

AjonTec AI is a digital service delivered over the internet. Nothing is shipped physically.

When access begins

Access to a paid plan is activated immediately after the payment gateway confirms the payment, which is normally within a few seconds. The new limits appear in your account straight away.

If access does not appear

If money has left your account but the plan is not active within 30 minutes, email support@ajontec.com with the payment reference. We will confirm the status and either activate the plan or refund the amount.

Invoices

A GST invoice is generated automatically for every successful payment and is available under Billing in your account.
