Yes. Every payment produces a numbered tax invoice with your GSTIN if you add one. It is emailed to you and kept under Billing.
Answers pause and you see exactly which limit was reached. Daily limits reset the next day, monthly ones at the start of the month. Nothing is deleted.
Change plans at any time and the new one starts immediately. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the paid period ends.
