These terms govern your use of AjonTec AI, a service operated by AjonTec (India). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
AjonTec AI routes your questions to third-party artificial intelligence models and returns their answers. Output is generated automatically. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Check anything important before relying on it.
You must give accurate details, keep your password private, and are responsible for everything done through your account. One account is for one person or one organisation. Tell us at support@ajontec.com if you believe someone else has access.
Each plan lists its own allowances, such as messages a day, messages a month, and image generation. Requests beyond a plan's allowance are declined until the period resets or you upgrade. Fees are charged in advance for the selected period and are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. A GST invoice is issued for every successful payment.
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe someone's rights, generate malware, harass others, produce sexual content involving minors, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.
You keep ownership of what you send and what the models return to you. You grant AjonTec permission to process your content only to run the service. We do not sell your content.
We work to keep the service running, but it depends on third-party model providers and can be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. No uptime guarantee is offered unless agreed separately in writing.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users, or is used fraudulently. Where the breach is minor we will normally warn you first.
To the extent the law allows, AjonTec is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least seven days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered office location have exclusive jurisdiction.
